Booking an Appointment

You can book directly with each of our centres by phone or email, and some services also offer online booking. You can find contact details for each centre on their type: entry-hyperlink id: 5SsRcp8MoG38vPrQZFSoGc, and more information about becoming a patient on our accessing private healthcare page.

You can search our website by condition or by consultant to find the most suitable specialist. If you're unsure who to see, our centre teams can guide you based on your symptoms and the type of care you need. You can also find helpful information in our guide to choosing a private consultant.

Many of our consultants offer virtual consultations or follow-up appointments when clinically appropriate. If you’d prefer a remote appointment, please let the centre know when you get in touch, and they can advise whether it's suitable for your condition. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer virtual appointments to patients who are overseas.

Yes. We offer a broad range of paediatric services. Some specialties can see children from birth, while others have a minimum age. When booking, please let the team know your child’s age so they can provide accurate information and advice, and guide you to the right specialist. You can find full details of our paediatric services on our paediatrics page.

Yes. You can arrange an appointment for a family member, or someone you care for, just let us know when you get in touch. We’ll need their details and consent to complete the booking, unless you’re their legal guardian or have power of attorney.

Please contact the centre as soon as you know you can’t attend, and they’ll be happy to help you rearrange for a more suitable time. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so a fee may apply if you cancel late or don’t attend a scheduled appointment. You can read more in our Terms and Conditions.
