FAQs

You can book directly with each of our centres by phone or email, and you may also be able to book online. You can find contact details for this centre at the top of the page, and more information about becoming a patient on our accessing private healthcare page.

Yes, but only for certain services. Some consultations, assessments, and treatments can be booked directly, while others require a GP or specialist referral. Please check the relevant service page for guidance, and contact the centre if you’re unsure.

Bring a list of current medications, any GP or hospital letters, details of foods or situations that trigger problems, and any previous test results or imaging you have.

If you plan to bring a child or dependent to your appointment, please note that this may not be suitable for all visits.

Childcare is not available within our centres, so any child or dependant must remain with you and be supervised by you for the full duration of your appointment. For some appointments, such as MRI scans or procedures, this will not be possible.

If you arrive with a child or dependent you are unable to supervise throughout your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit. If you are unsure, please contact the centre in advance for advice.
