Andrew Chadwick-JonesChief Executive Officer18 years track record in healthcare, both in the UK and Internationally. Founding member and former leader of Oliver Wyman’s international healthcare team. Extensive knowledge of day surgery clinical models. Experience on the front line of UK private and NHS care, as well in the policy space at the highest level in government.
Tobias KesslerChief Financial Officer18 years' investment banking and capital markets experience in London. Specialised in capital structuring and fundraising. Joined Welbeck Health Partners in July 2022.
Olivia HowesManaging Director8 year's experience launching and scaling joint venture clinician partnerships at WHP. Responsible for business performance of operating partnerships including doctor partner engagement and development and execution of growth strategies. Responsible for the launch of new partnerships including advising on multi-million-pound capital project business cases, set up road maps, clinician partnership engagement strategies, facility and operational pathways design, and staffing model development.
Harriet SkipworthChief People OfficerOver 25 years experience in consulting including HR strategy. Led global teams in the fields of talent analytics, learning and development and recruiting. Holds a PhD in geochemistry.
Jamil MayetMedical DirectorProfessor of Cardiology, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust & Imperial College London. Chair, National Institute for Health and Care Research, Cardiovascular-Covid Health Informatics Collaborative. Previously, Executive Director, Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, leading the Surgery, Cancer & Cardiovascular Division. Previously, Head of Cardiovascular Division, National Heart & Lung Institute.
Andy HuttonChief Development Officer10 years in healthcare consulting for Oliver Wyman. Led numerous development and strategy engagements across NHS, private providers, international and pharma clients. Developed original AmSurg international build plan during time at Welbeck. Supported one of the pioneering clinical care model transformation projects in the UK NHS.
Julian TeareDeputy Chief ExecutiveSenior Consultant Gastroenterologist, co-founder of Welbeck Endoscopy Centre. Specialises in colonoscopy, colon cancer screening, abdominal pain, and inflammatory bowel disease. Expert endoscopist at the forefront of endoscopic research, developing new interventional therapies for obesity-related type 2 diabetes. His advice is regularly sought by professional bodies such as NICE and the Royal College of Physicians.
Richard SchillingChief Innovation Officer35 years' experience in healthcare. Professor of Cardiology, Bart's Health NHS Trust. Previously Director of Commercial & Strategy for St Bartholomew's Hospital. Chairman and Founder of Rhythm AI (manufacturer of FDA-approved medtech STAR mapping).

Opening in 2026, our second centre will be home to the following specialties, with more still to be confirmed, developed in partnership with 40+ leading clinicians committed to practising from 2026 onwards. The facilities within the building include a surgery centre, outpatient diagnostics and testing, endoscopy suite, imaging and diagnostics, phlebotomy and more.
