The below outlines a typical schedule at Welbeck.
Your dedicated chaperone will guide you seamlessly through your day, ensuring you're in the right place at the right time. They will be on hand to ensure you are where you need to be at all times as well as support with any requests or questions.
After settling into your private pod, you'll be escorted to our pathology lab for blood tests tailored to your specific screening needs.
Head back to your pod to relax and enjoy a delicious, personalised breakfast. Enjoy the views from our balcony or sit back and relax, watching your own TV.
Your bespoke testing plan will begin. Your concierge will talk you through your plan, so you know your routine for the day. This plan will be completely personalised to your need based on your discussion with your screening consultant.
Head back to your pod for a rest. A delicious lunch and snack will be waiting for you.
Depending on your personalised plan, testing can run up until 1900. If this is too late your testing can be split out on separate days to work to your schedule.
Meet with your screening clinician to review your results. Discuss next steps, health guidance and any onwards referrals required.

Your final report
We take all of your results of your tests and consolidate these to give us a picture of your current health. You will have the option of receiving a printed and/or digital report that you can share with other members of your medical team. We can share the imaging slices via secure mail with other members of your medical team if required. This will give you a clear and concise outline of all of your test results, what these mean and what recommendations have been made.
Your screening clinician will discuss the results, and the actions needed to be taken, including routine follow-up reviews. This can be done in person or virtually.
Any immediate follow-up required will be immediately actioned, often on the same day by utilising our network of over 350 clinicians. This is mostly done before your full results discussion and depending on the urgency of the finding or the preference of the patient, can be done within days of the result being reported. A plan for the next 3-6 months, including follow-up calls, introduction to our network of specialist including nutritional specialists, physiotherapists and psychologists is made.
A personalised future assessment programme is crafted, taking into account physical and psychological health needs as well as nutritional and exercise plans.
We will then contact you when your next screening assessment is due to arrange an initial consultation with one of our screening clinicians.
