
About Danielle Greenblatt
Dr Danielle Greenblatt is a Consultant Dermatologist with expertise in both adult and paediatric dermatology. Her NHS base is at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where she cares for children and adults with a wide range of skin conditions.
Dr Greenblatt has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of common skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, skin infections and skin rashes, as well as cancerous and benign skin lesions. She has a particular interest in optimising skin health, paediatric dermatology, inflammatory skin disease, vascular anomalies and genetic skin disorders. In her adult practice, she regularly undertakes skin cancer and mole assessments and treats patients with complex inflammatory dermatoses.
Dr Greenblatt graduated with honours from the University of Cape Town and completed her postgraduate specialist training in dermatology at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. She subsequently undertook a fellowship in paediatric dermatology and genodermatoses at St John's Institute of Dermatology, London, and also holds a postgraduate certificate in Allergy from Imperial College London.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Greenblatt is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at King's College London and is actively involved in dermatology research. She contributes to education, supervision and mentoring within the specialty and remains committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care. Dr Greenblatt was previously subspecialty clinical lead for paediatric dermatology and currently co-leads a large vascular anomalies service in London.
She is known for her calm and thoughtful approach, combining specialist expertise with clear, practical advice to help patients feel informed, reassured and confident in their treatment.

Your first consultation includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors, followed by a thorough examination. It’s helpful if you can bring the results of any previous investigations with you, as well as a list of your current medications. Come with a comfortably full bladder so you can provide a urine sample if requested.
