Freedom to Speak Up at Welbeck

Freedom to speak up (FTSU) is a framework that encourages staff to raise concerns about patient and staff safety or staff wellbeing without fear of detriment or victimisation.

The FTSU Guardian provides an independent, confidential route for staff to raise concerns outside of the usual management structure across Welbeck and Welbeck Health Partners for all staff.
