The Welbeck app puts care in your pocket and at your fingertips. View appointments, see outstanding actions, pay invoices and get in touch with your support team, without waiting on the phone or for the post. It’s free, secure and available to download on iPhone and Android.

Getting started with the Welbeck app
The app is free to download on Apple and Android devices. Search for 'Welbeck' in the App Store or Google Play, or download via the links on this page.
You’ll see invoices that are relevant to you, such as those with an outstanding balance or requiring your attention. Not all billing activity may be displayed.
If you have any questions regarding your invoice or payment, please contact our Billing Team at AR@welbeckhealth.com.
The Welbeck app lets you manage your care with us from your phone. You can view and manage appointments, view outstanding actions, message your care team and keep your personal details up to date.
Select 'Forgotten password' on the sign-in screen, and we'll email you a link to reset it. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your junk folder or contact patient services.
