On the Day
When you arrive, a member of our team will greet you and check you in at reception. They’ll guide you to the correct waiting area and let your clinical team know you’ve arrived.
All our waiting areas offer complimentary refreshments, including hot drinks and water. The spaces are calm and comfortable, designed to help you relax before your appointment.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member for support. They can wait with you in the waiting area, and in most cases can join you for the appointment, unless the clinical setting requires them to wait outside. Your centre will let you know in advance if this is the case.
If you’re running late for your appointment, please call the centre to let them know as soon as you can. They’ll do their best to accommodate you, but if the delay is significant, they may need to reschedule your appointment.
