About Benjamin Thomas

Dr Thomas is a consultant in spine and pain medicine. His practice provides diagnosis and a full range of treatments for painful conditions where surgery is not indicated or is not yet needed. In his spinal practice he works with a full team to make rapid assessment of acute and chronic back as well as sciatic pain symptoms for diagnosis, offering non-surgical treatments and access to surgical opinion when needed. Common issues include degenerative and arthritic conditions, spine, joint and back injury, slipped spinal discs, and pain medicine advice after acute sporting injuries. He has experience across the age ranges, having undertaken dual pain medicine training both in adult medicine and at Great Ormond Street.

Dr Thomas qualified from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospital in 2000 and studied Interventional Pain Medicine at both the Imperial School NW London Deanery, additionally completing Pain training over 18 months at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Dr Thomas provides regular clinics, interventional pain procedures and implants neuromodulation devices.
