Dr. Rachael Morris-Jones is an esteemed dermatologist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She has been honoured with a National Clinical Impact Award (England) in recognition of her outstanding contributions to clinical practice and education. Currently, Dr. Morris-Jones serves as a highly skilled clinical dermatologist specializing in the diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of skin conditions in both adults and children. Her areas of expertise include acne, eczema, moles, and skin cancer.
She offers PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections for androgenetic alopecia (early stages of pattern hair loss), alongside medical management for pattern hair loss.
Dr. Morris-Jones has held prestigious clinical positions as a Dermatology Consultant at Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust and King's College Hospital in London. Presently, she is dedicated to private practice at Welbeck Skin Health & Allergy and London Bridge Hospital, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience in inflammatory skin diseases and has a particular interest in moles and skin cancer.
She graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff in 1994 and completed her general medical training at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington. Dr. Morris-Jones has authored over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to several book chapters, and is the author of notable works including the ABC of Dermatology and 100 Cases in Dermatology, as well as a public-facing book, Dermatologist Tested, which addresses common skin complaints.
Additionally, she has played a significant role in medical and dermatology education, having served as the Associate Clinical Dean for the KCL School of Medicine and as the Training Programme Director for Dermatology at GSTT.
