About Anokha Joseph
Miss Anokha Joseph graduated from King's College London in 2010. She completed her higher surgical training within the highly competitive London Deanery. Following the award of her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), she relocated to Boston for a year, where she undertook the Surgical Leadership Programme at Harvard University on a scholarship, graduating with distinction.
She holds a Master's degree in Medical Education from Cardiff University and a Master's degree in Oncoplastic Surgery from the University of East Anglia, which she completed with merit.
Alongside her clinical practice, Miss Joseph is committed to advancing surgical education. She serves as an Assistant Professor at St George's University in Grenada and is a final-year medical school examiner for University College London. Within her Trust, she is the current Simulation Lead, driving innovation in training and faculty development. In 2025, she received a Medical Education Award for excellence in teaching and training at her trust.
She was one of the ten nationally selected Emerging Leader at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2025 and also serves as an MRCS examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Miss Joseph is highly regarded by her patients. She is passionate about teaching and is dedicated to shaping the next generation of surgeons through mentorship and educational leadership.
