About Clare Bourne
Clare Bourne is a clinical specialist Pelvic and Digestive Health Physiotherapist and Biofeedback Specialist at One Welbeck and author, with a passion to support women and men throughout their lives. She believes in talking openly about taboo topics and ensuring everyone feels comfortable to get support even for problems that may feel embarrassing to talk about. She worked extensively in the NHS, including leading the pelvic health physiotherapy team at a busy London Hospital, before starting up her own private practice. Throughout her 15 years as a physiotherapist Clare has had the privilege of supporting women and men from all over the world in person and virtually. Clare has seen first hand the significant change pelvic health physiotherapy and biofeedback can have on the physical and mental health of those she supports.
Clare is the author of Strong Foundations: Why Pelvic Health Matters, a comprehensive guide to support to support women with their pelvic health throughout their life. It takes the reader on their own journey to understand their own pelvic health better.
Clare is also the founder of All About Mum which provides postnatal education cards, webinars and ebooks to support women with all the information they deserve. She is also co-founder of the Pelvic Health Practice, a specialist team of pelvic health physiotherapists based in London, and a leading mentoring programme.

Your first consultation includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors, followed by a thorough examination. It’s helpful if you can bring the results of any previous investigations with you, as well as a list of your current medications. Come with a comfortably full bladder so you can provide a urine sample if requested.
