Dr Deepak Suri – Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist
Dr Suri has over 30 years of experience as a consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive and liver disorders. He combines clinical excellence with compassionate care, offering patients a clear, structured pathway from assessment through to tailored treatment.
Appointed as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in 2002 following specialist training at leading London teaching hospitals, Dr Suri has since built an extensive NHS and private practice. He runs clinics in gastroenterology and hepatology.
During his consultant career he was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) in 2006. His leadership roles have included Clinical Director for Medicine and Clinical Lead for Endoscopy and Gastroenterology at Whittington Hospital, as well as Clinical Lead for Viral Hepatitis services at University College London Hospitals (UCLH). He has also contributed nationally as a member of the Royal College of Physicians Joint Specialty Committee for Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
