Dr Vassiliki Bravis is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Metabolic Specialist at Welbeck’s Endocrinology centre in London. Dr Bravis qualified as a doctor from the universities of Cambridge and Imperial College London in 2003. She was awarded the NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Endocrinology and Diabetes from 2008 to 2011 and carried out her translational research at Imperial College. She completed her postgraduate training at Hammersmith, Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals in 2014, gaining her CCT in Diabetes and Endocrinology that year. In 2015 she became a full-time NHS Consultant in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Internal Medicine at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She was awarded a level 4 Local Clinical Excellence Award in 2018 and became Diabetes Head of Specialty in 2019.
