About Hawys Lloyd-Hughes

Miss Lloyd-Hughes works as a consultant plastic surgeon within the NHS at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Trust. She also has a private practice concentrating almost exclusively in skin cancer treatments, post cancer reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.

Miss Lloyd-Hughes specialises in all aspects of skin cancer management, mole excision, BCC, SCC, melanoma management as well as routine surgical dermatology such as lumps and bumps excision. She provides complex reconstruction post-Mohs surgery and post skin cancer resection.

Miss Hughes also specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including breast augmentation, breast uplift, breast reduction, fat transfer, body contouring, tummy tucks, liposuction, thigh lift, excess skin removal after weight loss. In addition to this, she perform non-surgical treatments like anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels etc.

She graduated in Medicine from the University of Cambridge in 2004, where she undertook her training at various centres in London and have been awarded the FRCS(Plast) by the Royal College of Surgeons. She is also on the General Medical Council's specialist register for Plastic Surgery. During her training, she was also awarded national fellowships in skin cancer management and aesthetic surgery. She is a core member of the skin cancer multi disciplinary team in the NHS and work closely with my Dermatology and Oncology specialists.

Miss Lloyd-Hughes is kind, compassionate and will always go the extra mile to ensure her patients have the best care and best patient experience throughout. She has published internationally in the field of plastic surgery and have lectured at national and international conferences.
